Distance Healing — Use It If You Are Going To Learn It.
Don’t learn distance healing unless you are going to use it. If you practice it more, the more the vibration will increase. And, you can say, the purer the single will become.
Important is not just to get initiated into the life force frequency you choose, but also to practice what you use especially when you intend to attune others into the energy. Teaching and attuneing others into a energy system is not recommend unless you have some experience with distance healing, or direct healing, of that system.
The more you use it, the more you will increase the frequency of the energy, and it also makes it purer. It is good to have the purest distance healing energy right off the top, and the system that carries it is called WhiteLight Self-Empowerment.

I noticed this effect, since I no longer practiced Usui rieki, after learning WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. Now I always use the WhiteLight energy and not the Usui energy, and the latter got weaker, as WahiteLight grew. The stupid thing is that when the vibration gets weak like this you will probably have to get attuned in it again.
Distance healing works best when you are connected and familiar to the source you are channeling. If you don’t want to lose the familiarity in that which you learn you have to practice it. You might forget the symbols, and the procedures, and then you will fumble through it. You will have a bad connection with the life force source energy in this case.
Doing it this way there is no point in it. I would suggest to start with the purest source energy, and keep on using it in order to continue creating a higher and higher vibration.
The prefect energy to do this is with is the WhiteLight Self-Empowerment system. Just keep in mind that it too will fade, just like Usui reiki, if you don’t use it. Let this happen and you will have to be attuned in it again. Keep it strong, and you will channel some awesome distance healing.
